Deposit Policy
To guarantee a start date a deposit is required to hold the space for your child. The deposit is one biweekly payment. This deposit is non-refundable if you terminate enrolment prior to the first day or without proper notice. The deposit will be put towards your child’s final payment for your child’s care at Skills For Life Child Care.
Payment Policy
Program fees are required to be paid biweekly on your scheduled Friday. Parents may choose to make two bi-weekly payments at a time or one. A payment schedule will be given upon enrollment. Parents are welcome to pay by e transfer or cheques. If paying by cheque 6 post-dated cheques are required. A late fee of $5.00 per day will be charged if payments are not received on time. A two week grace period for emergencies can be given if you can not pay on time but after the two weeks, your child's spot can no longer be held.
If you need to arrange an alternate payment schedule, you will be required to make arrangements in writing with the Chantelle.
It must be understood that to hold your child's space, payment must be paid whether your child attends or not. Payment is based on contract, not attendance.
